The roadmap for new dashboards, ISO context additions, and Learn articles is heavily shaped by reader requests. If there is a forecast product or grid-context dataset you would like surfaced here, send us a short note describing the use case. We respond to every request even when we can't build it immediately.
If you spot an error in any displayed forecast value, alert, climate normal, peak load record, or ISO footprint description, please email us with the page URL, the specific value you're flagging, and the source you believe is correct. We treat correction requests as priority items and document fixes in our release notes.
For broken pages, missing data, or unexpected behavior, please describe what you were trying to do, what you saw instead, and which browser and device you were using. Screenshots are extremely helpful. We monitor uptime continuously and most outages are resolved automatically, but reader reports help us catch the edge cases.
